Q: What sets River Ranch apart from other complexes?
A: Our standard of customer service, attention to detail, and unique leasing options allow for a great experience when living at River Ranch.
Q: What safety features are included in the apartment?
A: Each unit is equipped with an electronic Saflok key system, individually locking bed-spaces, and gated entry. Monitored fire alarm systems, fire sprinklers and emergency maintenance is also included.
Q: What bills are included in rent?
A: Within monthly rent, we include: water, sewage, trash, internet and cable as well, as $25 cap per occupied bed-space cap on electricity.
Q: Are there any extra fees?
A: Tenants are responsible for utility overages above the included cap of $25 per occupied bed-space. Residents pay $4.50 a month for required access to our utility monitoring service that provides 24/7 customer service and support in regard to all questions and issues regarding utility overages. All tenants are required to provide proof of property damage liability insurance in the amount of $100,000 at move in. For more information regarding this please call our office.
