For the price you really can't beat getting an in-unit washer/dryer and a fully furnished room right off the bat. If you're hard pressed for cash but want a nice community to move into this is the place. The staff are incredibly friendly and easy to talk to/work with; I've found most, if not all issues I have with my room can be solved with a quick phone call and often times, same-day service is received with no extra cost or fees to my account. the Internet provided here is pretty solid too

I am very impressed with the leasing office staff starting with our property tour, through move-in, and throughout our stay so far. Everyone's very friendly, courteous, and willing to help. I frequent the common areas especially the business/study area so I can print school materials and the office staff always greet me with a smile and know me by my first name.

I lived at River Ranch for a year and can not recommend it enough if you are looking to have an easy move into an already furnished apartment. Maintenance requests were answered right away. Pool and gym facilities are up-kept and modern. The staff members were always helpful, friendly, and host little events to get people active in the community. Thanks for everything River Ranch crew!

All of the staff is so friendly and helpful!!! anytime I go into the office they are always there to answer any questions, help get my packages, and overall have the most friendly and welcoming attitudes! The maintenance team is also so friendly and is super quick to fix any issues!
